The spotlight is on progress at Shepard High School! Carroll Seating Company is proud to be in the middle of a theater renovation, where brand-new Hussey Quattro seating is being installed to elevate the audience experience. With each row that goes in, the space is transforming into a modern, inviting venue designed for comfort and performance.

Heartland Community College – ICB Science Labs Phase 2

Project Overview

We’re excited to be on-site at Heartland Community College as Phase 2 of the ICB Science Labs renovation kicks off!

This project involves the transformation of multiple first-floor classrooms and lab prep spaces into cutting-edge higher education laboratories and collaborative student areas. The scope includes both selective demolition and full-scale renovation of classrooms 1301–1303 and 1401–1409, as well as adjoining corridors and lounge areas.

We’re kicking things off with a major upgrade at Lake Zurich High School in Lake Zurich, Illinois: a full telescopic bleacher replacement that’s raising the bar for school athletic facilities.

Out with the Old, In with the Exceptional

At first glance, the old bleachers seemed to hold up—but a closer look told a different story. Years of wear and tear, outdated design, and rising maintenance costs made this system a prime candidate for replacement.

Interestingly, Carroll Seating Company installed the original bleacher system decades ago, and while it served the school well for many years, it was time for a modern upgrade. Now, we’re proud to return as the trusted partner—bringing the next generation of seating to Lake Zurich High School.
