Carroll Seating Company was honored to provide new sanctuary seating for KAM Isaiah Israel Congregation, a thriving Reform Jewish congregation located in Chicago’s historic Hyde Park–Kenwood neighborhood.
As one of the city’s most historic and active congregations, KAM Isaiah Israel required seating that balanced comfort, durability, and reverence for tradition. The updated seating solution enhances the worship experience while supporting the congregation’s ongoing programming, services, and community gatherings.
Carroll Seating designed and delivered fixed seating solutions plus additional temporary seating which can be used for large events and holidays to complement the sanctuary’s architectural character. The seating delivers long-term performance with clean lines, supportive ergonomics, and a timeless aesthetic suited for religious and cultural assemblies alike.
The completed installation creates a warm, inviting environment that supports both regular worship services and special events—ensuring congregants and guests are comfortable while preserving the dignity of the space.
